Reduce product damage and improve product appearance with our Winchester Retractable Smooth-Flow Spiral Chute! This unique device was designed primarily to gently fill bulk totes, never dropping product more than a few inches as it retracts out of the tote, filling as it rises.

We start by positioning a tote and lowering the Smooth-Flo Chute into the tote. Product is then transferred from your conveyor onto our infeed chute which feeds the Smooth-Flo Chute. As the product starts to fill the tote, we raise the spiral out of the tote slowly, never dropping product more than a few inches. The Smooth-Flo Chute is controlled by a “product level sensor”, which detects the level of product in the tote. Therefore signaling the spiral to rise automatically.
