INNOVATIVE TRANSMISSION SYSTEM FOR THE BOWL MOTOR: NO REDUCTION GEARS
After analysing the important features of machines already on the market in this sector, we have developed a new, more flexible transmission system for the bowl. Rigid reduction gears have been replaced by more flexible parts, belts and wheels, to give a more reliable end product.
A series of solutions introduced to drastically reduce maintenance has made the machine an ideal option for artisan and continuous cycle industrial products.
AN EFFICIENT SOLUTION: SELF ADJUSTING TRANSMISSION WHEELS FOR THE BOWL
A characteristic feature of the Mixer range which allows the wheels maximum adherence to the bowl quite independently of any eventual wear and tear.
DOUGH QUALITY: DELICATE, EXACT, HOMOGENEOUS
Almost thirty years of Mixer experience lies behind the machines proven ability to mix and produce optimum mixing for bread, pizzas, croissants, and panettones to name but a few of the products tried and tested to date.
Machines can be adjusted to client’s requirements on request.
COOLER TEMPERATURES FOR DOUGH
The Mixer spiral demonstrates its maximum efficiency in the high number of efficient beats executed, which gives cooler temperatures and refined doughs.
VERSATILE
The MR double tooled planetary mixer is particularly suitable for quick mixing of solid and liquid ingredients.
Tool speeds
Continuous variations in rotation speeds of both tools and the tool socket is one of the characteristic features of the MIXER MR.
Tools
Tool types and easy replacement facilitate many different types of production such as dough mixes, emulsions, mixes for shortcut pastry, processed pastries, whipped cream etc.
Pressure and vacuum processing
The bowl closes hermetically with special long-lasting contoured seals for pressure processing to give well aerated doughs and a series of special active carbon filters purify the compressed air in compliance with health and sanitation standards. Vacuum processing is also available by removing the air from the mixing chamber.
OPTIONALS: A RANGE OF CHOICES
Additional bowls, electrical heating and cooling with the cooler unit, bowl washing unit, powder dosage hopper with metering screw, loading hopper with weighing out of ingredients, automatic offloading chute, C02 injection, to name but the most important of the MR accessories.
AUTOMATION FOR PRODUCTION PROCESSES
With the MIXER MR any configuration of the machine can be obtained with optimal automation and standardisation. For more complicated accessory management operator panels can be installed for setting recipes and touch-screen computers are available for more advanced machines.
FULL MIXING PHASE INTEGRATED SOLUTION
A transfer trolley that moves on modular rails raised from floor on supporting columns and serves the Working stations.
Higher productivity and qualitative homogeneous products due to the automatic control of the mixers, the movement of the trolleys, dumpers and portioning hoppers.
HIGH PRODUCTIVE POTENTIALS – FLEXIBILITY – MODULARITY
For some productions, the quantity of dough that a compartment can handle can be as much as 7500-9000 kg/h and beyond.
MIXER designers in collaboration with the customer’s technicians can customise the necessary plant for all mixing needs:
BY DEFINING the number and the type of Working stations (dough mixing, rest, lifting);
BY CALIBRATING the features and functions of the mixers, lifters and the portioning hoppers.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE EASE
Particular care is taken in the design to make the cleaning and maintenance of all the components of the plant simple.
INDUSTRIAL FORK MIXER WITH REMOVABLE BOWL
Reliable, minimal maintenance requirements
Continuous variation in speed (Inverter)
High productivity performance
MIXER’s FOR E is a fork-operated mixer with a top mechanical system and innovative solutions particularly adapted for continuous cycle productions.
DOUGH QUALITY
Almost thirty years of Mixer experience lies behind the machine’s proven ability to produce optimum mixing for most types of dough: from traditional French type breads, to pizzas, and bakery products produced in accordance with specific preparations.
On request, the machine can be calibrated for particularly intensive use, as well as for harder doughs.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLS
The FOR E model has been equipped with a non-stop speed adjuster for the bowl (INVERTER) which allows time and rotation speed to be set for each of the three phases. The rotation speed is linked to one of the two speeds on the fork.
This device allows for a considerable range of combinations to suit different types of dough. The device also reproduces the traditional braking effect on the bowl.

LIFTER FOR BOWL TROLLEY FRONT DUMPER Versatile
Automated working cycle Reliable and safe
In addition to SOC double columns lifter-dumpers and to SRC lifter-dumpers on bench, Mixer has introduced BLT line to complete the lifter-dumper range. BLT F AUTOMATIC lifter-dumpers are robust and versatile, designed to cater for the different requirements of artisan bakers and confectioners, and can be used both with MIXER removable bowl models as well as with models made by other manufacturers.
The BLT F AUTOMATIC can lift bowl trolleys and dump their contents in line with the axis of the loading direction, to the opposite side.
The lifter functions on automatic when lifting and on a timed programme for stops for offloading of dough. The lifter has been provided with a protection cage to guarantee safety.
The column can be relocated to a different side to avoid congestion.
Special requirements or features of production lines are not a problem: MIXER technical personnel and designers can use their experience to provide clients with tailored solutions to suit their requirements.
OPTIONALS
BLT F AUTOMATIC lifters can be fitted with special connections for non-MIXER trolleys, as well as with dough scraping devices, bowl rotation with timer, dough discharge chute, infrared barriers to regulate access and the structure can be manufactured partially in stainless steel, with intermediate discharge height to its maximum height.
CAPACITY: 300 kg – 280 I
The most important objective of Mixer staff in the design and manufacture of beater arm mixers is quality doughs.
For this reason, special care has been taken with the joint fits between fork tool and blade arm and with finding the optimal ratio of bowl speed to tool speed.
Beater arms mixers generally work at higher speeds to give a more refined and accurate processing, which contributes to improve quality of end products. Smaller quantities of dough can also be processed, from around 10% of total capacity and above.
Higher speeds require redimensioned parts and components and a lot of work of Mixer went into producing a series of robust and reliable pieces of equipment.
IBT fixed bowl beater arms mixers meet with all the requirements for delicate confectioner’s dough and can also be used with more tenacious doughs for bread and pizza.
Two versions of this model are available:
IBT BASIC 50 Manual version with interlocking bowl and tool speeds, and button for moving from first to second speed.
IBT STANDARD 50 – 100 – 130 – 150 Automatic versions with two speeds for arms and bowl and two timers to diversify mixing times at first and second speeds.
OPTIONAL Amongst other options, IBT models can also be produced with stainless steel structure.
