Pouch Doy bagAs the names suggests, the spout pouch filling and capping machine is generally used for filling and capping stand up pouch for packaging liquid, such as jelly, milk, fruit juice, seasoning, detergent, etc. The standard liquid packaging machinery is suitable for 100-500ml stand up pouch.

1. The variable frequency variable speed system is installed to regulate production rate.
2. The precise indexer helps achieve accurate turnplate positioning.
3. To reduce the labour intensity, this spout pouch filling and capping machine is engineered with automatic pouch feeding mechanism.
4. Our liquid filling and packing machine adopts special metering device to ensure accurate filling amount.
5. Liquid splashing and bubbling can be avoided by virtue of the vacuum and insert-type liquid filling.
6. This spout pouch filling machine comes with automatic adjustable cap handling and tightening device, ensuring the cap is firmly tightened up.
7. In addition to the automatic standing pouch unloading device, the pouch capping equipment is installed with organic glass screen for high safety.
8. For good durability, we produce the spout pouch filling and capping machine with stainless steel rack, electroplated pressing plate, and 304 stainless steel plate housing.

Tool types and easy replacement facilitate many different types of production such as dough mixes, emulsions, mixes for shortcut pastry, processed pastries, whipped cream etc.
Pressure and vacuum processing
The bowl closes hermetically with special long-lasting contoured seals for pressure processing to give well aerated doughs and a series of special active carbon filters purify the compressed air in compliance with health and sanitation standards. Vacuum processing is also available by removing the air from the mixing chamber.

OPTIONALS: A RANGE OF CHOICES

Additional bowls, electrical heating and cooling with the cooler unit, bowl washing unit, powder dosage hopper with metering screw, loading hopper with weighing out of ingredients, automatic offloading chute, C02 injection, to name but the most important of the MR accessories.

AUTOMATION FOR PRODUCTION PROCESSES
With the MIXER MR any configuration of the machine can be obtained with optimal automation and standardisation. For more complicated accessory management operator panels can be installed for setting recipes and touch-screen computers are available for more advanced machines.

A transfer trolley that moves on modular rails raised from floor on supporting columns and serves the Working stations.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE EASE
Particular care is taken in the design to make the cleaning and maintenance of all the components of the plant simple.

PEELER

OIL FILTER

filtroolio1MecSistem developed a series of different kind of filters for the fryer oil to keep the oil as clean as possible and avoid that the residues of products remain long time in the oil.

Belt filter: the oil in the fryer flow continuously through a special belt made in stainless steel net with a light through the cracks of xx mm. The waste is continuously unloaded from the belt outside.
Net Filter: the oil of the fryer flow continuously through a net mounted on a rotating drum with a light between the meshes of xx mm. The waste is continuously unloaded with a belt outside.
Paper filter: the oil in the fryer goes through a special paper resistant to high temperature and continuously removes all small particles. Normally used at the end the production to clean the oil.

The various types of filter are made in different models depending on the capacity.

MECFLOW DEEP FREEZER

MECFLOW1The MECFLOW models are fluid bed deep freezers to produce IQF products, completely assembled in MecSistem to facilitate the transport and the installation in the Client factory.

The air flow is from the bottom to the top through the conveyor belt made in Stainless Steel with a specific mesh to allaud the correct flow through the belt and the product; the product due to the speed of air is completely lapped by a turbulent flow of the cold air that allows an ultra rapid IQF freezing of product as: peas, green beans, french fries, diced fruit and vegetables, berries, shell off shrimps etc..

The freezer is complete of: heavy duty Stainless Steel frame, the conveyour, the Stainless Steel belt (model depending the product), a tightening system for the belt, the evaporator (model and quantity depend the product, capacity and refrigerant), one cabin made in sandwitch panels for thermal insulation, uno access door, the washing system, the internal illumination and the control panel.

All freezers can be supplied with or withour refrigeration system, the refrigerant liquid can be FREON or AMMONIA.
